Founded in 2009, the company formed part of the Sotobe Group but operated under the name Galamart until 2013, when it became Sotobe Management. The three directors, Sthembiso Sibiya, Lawrence Maleka and Pretty Charles, have more than 30 years’ combined experience in the FMCG and, in particular the grocery, sector. This experience was gained in multinationals including SABMiller, Kellogg’s, Coke, BAT, Uthingo, BP, Shell, Ithuba, Woolworths, Smollan, and Pack & Stack.

In 2020, when the corona virus made its appearance in South Africa, we quickly ensured solutions for our clients. Given a strong health and safety focus in our work anyway, it was not difficult to put together a strategy and implement practical solutions on the ground in a short period of time.

We select qualified staff, based on specific requirements and goals. We ensure in this way that our SLA and KPI’s are achieved.
